Rules for Waxing

• Allow 1/4" of hair regrowth
• Don't wax three days before your cycle, skin is sensitive during this time
• Please advise technician if you are using Retin-A, Accutane or Alpha Hydroxy Acid, serious skin tears can occur
• No tanning the day of, or 12 hours after hair is removed
• Apply sunblock or sunscreen on any areas that will be exposed after waxing
• Lightly exfoliate skin prior to service
• Spicy foods, caffeine and alcohol are vasodilators, so avoid them for a few hours before and after your service
• Please be aware that waxing can cause some skin redness that should not last more than 24 hours
